Being a chronic headache sufferer, I had tried every possible remedy from medication to massage to physiotherapy and had had no relief. After just two treatments with Mandy, I was experiencing no headaches at all and am now almost headache free! My life is completely different. From having headaches everyday to now having practically none, the relief is indescribable. I cannot recommend Bowen enough and Mandy makes you feel comfortable and relaxed at every appointment.
When I first started to have Bowen therapy I was pretty sure it wouldn’t be able to help me with bad hips as I’d had countless trips to DR’s, physio and medication!!! I was amazed with the results-long term results too! I have never been so pain free in my adult life!
I then had Bowen done after having my third baby, I normally have a bad back and hips after giving birth but Mandy was able to stop all this from happening, and so much more!! My newborn also had Bowen done from 1 week old and it helped him sleep and got rid of all his wind!
It’s truly amazing what Mandy can achieve doing Bowen Therapy! I highly recommend it to anyone for ANY concern you might have, weather it be for an illness, a behaviour or pain management.

Thanks Mandy, to cut a long story short, got a hernia, been operated on, had a reaction to the netting! Doctor told me Cortisone injections and pills for the rest of my life But since I’ve been getting Bowen I don’t need Cortisone Injections and no pills! Living happy ! Pain free! You truly enjoy what you do!

Amazing Bowen Therapist !
I have been having Bowen since February .. My knee was injured but weren’t sure how it happened.. Since having Bowen my knee has been great.. I’ve had no injuries .. Or no lower back pain as I’ve had also for years after having 3 kids..I feel fantastic .. Definitely recommend Mandy ! My 3 daughters also have Bowen and they love it ..my 2 youngest daughters have had croupe every year since they were babies.. Since they started having Bowen they haven’t had croupe this year! Happy days for us all.
Thank you Mandy for improving not only my aches and pains, but my horse as well. The change I have experienced in my horse both on the ground and in the saddle is amazing. You have magic hands. I look forward to my next appointment.
